"I really loved the bag but there were two things. One that was noticed immediately was on the optional strap, you could see glue stain on the strap. That meant I needed to make sure when I wore the bag, the strap was a certain way so no one else would see the glue stain on it. Secondly, after using the bag for two months, the LV hook in the zipper came off and would never stay back on. Eventually the hook came off when I didn't notice it, so now I can't zip the bag.. Nice bag, but unfortunately there were issues."
